First Class and Fancy Free

A fuss free and classic Romantic/ Feminine look for the day.
What can I say?
When I was young, I remember loving lace and pearls so much because of the delicate and absolutely precious effect they can bring to any outfit. And I guess this day, that was what I wanted to show. I missed pastels so I left the dark and edgy looks with a softer one. More feminine frock with my cute peplum skirt and socks + floral print shoes which I decided to add on to complete the look. My body was quite in serious fatigue this day and my joints were seriously maxed out (I've been soooo tired from the weekend!) so I kind of was surprised I managed to still pull off this look!

Stranger by the day

I wanted to contrast the structure and stiffness of the cinched corset top with the flowiness of the chiffon cape..and I’m glad I did since it made the corset a bit more wearable and casual rather than risque and daring. I kept the casual vibe going with denim shorts and wedged shoes since I wore this for a simple Friday night movie night, and I wanted to seriously unwind. I watched WALL STREET with friends. Main accent piece: my hand maid spiked headband from my brand, Glitterati, which was that extra fierce factor I needed to glam up and rock the otherwise very laidback casual look. I even won a movie pass for this outfit, thanks to Rockwell’s Sartorial Fridays team!

Trip through your wires...

In full fledged girl scout mode, I decided to have a cute tough chick take on the military trend with this outfit. I've built it around the olive green skirt..which was a great find from Forever21, considering I've been on the hunt for the perfect army green skirt. It was a tad bit too big on me, but the belt (which comes with the skirt) fixed that somehow. I decided to layer mesh under a gray tanktop to achieve the bulletproof metal mesh effect, which was quite popular especially in the Medieval times. I was already on the army road, why not add up a bit of history right? The two layered tanktops were so perfect for my mesh shoes...which made the outfit a bit more consistent and put together. Finished off with my dogtag necklace which is seriously the only accessory I need for all my military looks! (I know I've used it soooo many times already but I love it that much!)

Hope it worked! It was a great way to forward march every once in a while....

Grim Reaper Blues

I’ve been AWOL for quite some time and how I missed posting! I’ve been so busy lately but I am quite happy I am finally finding time to blog…despite the very hazy and uncooperative internet connection. Anyway, I wore this for a shoot I had where I got to experience life on the other side of the lens… since I was the one posing. For most of our shoots, my BFF and I always are behind the scenes and have other people model for us. However, for this time, my friend Tricia asked us to model for her and so we did! It was a nice experience and I loved how much fun we had!

This was such a comfy look! I miss wearing shorts and of course, STUDS! I did my headband myself and this is part of our new collection’s accessories. It retails for around P550 and we do it for special requests only! Hit me up if you want one!
