Hope is not a strategy...

Sunday Morning Fight.
Wore this to watch a Sunday morning boxing match live on streaming video of course at (where else?!?) Attica with my friends.
It was a good change of pace and definitely worth waking up for on the most chill out of days especially since the boxer we were rooting for won.
Who knew I'd enjoy such an adrenaline fueled sport and watching athletes box it out for a title in (and a million dollars)?

Blazer: Zara
Tank top with chain: Zara
Shoes: Zara
Purse: Topshop
Glasses: Anthology
Shorts: HK

Went to Rockwell after with my girls, Nina and Lissa and saw practically EVERYONE there!
I seem to have rediscovered my love for brown accents thus the shoes and bag. Perfect fall color EVER... (well for this year anyway!)

PS: So many NEGATIVE comments came from my CHICTOPIA from users after writing that “Who knew that I would enjoy people beating the crap out of each other” in my original post. Apparently to some people, that meant I enjoyed VIOLENCE and promoted it. Beating people up for fun is not something I enjoy/ promote or enjoy at all (I was saying that in the context of boxing which was the main TOPIC of the post in the first place, and if that is unclear to you, I suggest you learn context clues before waging war on someone)… but people beating each other in BOXING… is just what it is… FOR SPORT… Isn’t boxing just exactly that- watching two people beat each other up to win? Is there something so wrong to enjoy the sport???? Retired professional boxer, Sugar Ray Leonard even admits to the essence of the whole sport when he said, “I consider myself blessed. I consider you blessed. We’ve all been blessed with God-given talents. Mine just happens to be beating people up.”

You can’t say you are against violence and have such irrational reactions to a single statement. It’s like saying you are willing to fight and kill people for peace…it defeats the whole idea and contradicts your purpose. Tell me who’s being aggressive and ultimately,a war-freak now?

Please tell me if this, a screen shot of my original post is in any way pertaining to my LOVE for VIOLENCE and PEOPLE HURTING EACH OTHER? I was quite clear... It was about ATHLETES BEATING THE CRAP OUT OF EACH OTHER (Isn't that what boxing, martial arts, wrestling and ANY COMBAT SPORT... really all about???)

And here are two of the very violent reactions I was able to save... (Believe me, there were a lot more meaner)

People have a habit of creating chaos and problems from nothing, seriously. And we all wonder why there is so much EVIL in the world?
