Chaotic Resolve

I was frozen in a fragile world
Of make believe and empty lies
Dressed in the rules of a virtuous game
Captured by the thought of fear and loneliness
Afraid to cry suffocated for trying to scream

And I want out now to find myself
Cause perfect only makes you crazy
There is no way that it can save me
I'm sick of feeling like a traitor
Is this the price for good behavior
Oh my naked skin feels the warmth of the sun
And my eyes are opened to the brightness of light
Driven by a force so free to live this life
Not paralyzed but with reckless abandon
So now I can breathe I wanted out to find myself
I don't do this don't do that and you'll be
Oh so perfect , perfect, perfect

Hanging on to resentment is letting someone you despise live rent-free in your head

"If I were asked to give what I consider the single most useful bit of advice for all humanity it would be this: Expect trouble as an inevitable part of life and when it comes, hold your head high, look it squarely in the eye and say, 'This too shall pass, I will be bigger than you. You cannot defeat me."

Class is an aura of confidence that is being sure without being cocky. Class has nothing to do with money. Class never runs scared. It is self-discipline and self-knowledge. It's the sure-footedness that comes with having proved you can meet life. At the end of the day, I have today, I have yet to meet life, but I do not run scared. Someone once said, “Know when to tune out, if you listen to too much advice you may wind up making other peoples mistakes.”

From the backstabbing people you trusted to the meddling bystanders
you are in charge of how you react to the people and events in your life .
You can either give negativity power over your life or you can choose happiness instead
(I choose happiness!).
Take control and choose to focus on what is import ant in your life.
Those who cannot live fully often become destroyers of life.

On a side note, alloe me to explain WHY...YOLO never made sense to me: A Repost

I finally got it why I do not like the expression "YOLO". It's not because everyone keeps using it. It's because it can be interpreted as this: You can opt not to own up to your decisions because you only have one life to live...do crazy stuff because it won't matter in the next life or in the current situation. "You can't blame me because YOLO" Well, as much as I believe in making the most out of your life, I think you should also be responsible for the things your are going to with it. Do things because you want to, because you know you will regret it if you do not. Do crazy, stupid stuff but not because there is nothing better to do. Do it because the risk is worth it. Do it because you think the finite time you have in this life is worth being given to that endeavor. Do things which you would still go for even if you were told you were going to live forever. The assurance of mortality or immortality should not define how you value your time. The myths about gods and goddess teach us this often. Do something because it is worth this minute and that it will be worth telling in the next million minutes after that.
