I have been known to be a hoarder to the
point I actually had to move my closet to a room. Yes, my so-called walk in
closet is one entire room. And despite the fact I always hold Garage Sales, my
closet cannot seem to stop overflowing with fabulous finds. What can I say? I
love supporting local brands and I am one lucky girl to be given the chance to
receive beautiful items from wonderful brands. For the record,I don't blog
about something just because it's free- the items I post are things I would
totally wear AND use and I love these brands and their products.
Here's a feature on what made my week a great
one....
1)
I am into the whole tribal thing. If you noticed, I've been a great fan of the
trend. Combine tribal AND neon and that makes me one happy girl. This is why I
love this bright tribal purse from Tonic.
Expect to see me wearing this A LOT.
2)
My style sister (who is also my brother's girlfriend- DING DING DING!)Dominique
Tiu of
Konichi Wear gifted me with this
pair of two toned Topsop hot pants- I couldn't resist saying no to it. I love
you, Domz.
3)I
love MULTIPLY. Okay, here's a confession, before I started to be a fashion
blogger, I was already blogging in multiply, my address being
http://joannaladrido.multiply.com (if you want to check it out and PS: it is
not an attack site, even if Mozilla might warn you)... I then figured out I
would establish my brand, Glitterati, there as my online store and I
love how Multiply reformatted their platform and is now the leading network for
online shopping (in the Philippines) at least. Their new upgrades feature the
Marketplace, the BUY NOW or INQUIRE icons on products and the chance to
facilitate payment and delivery via Multiply rather than the seller. I was
privileged to be this months Featured Blogger (alongside Domz and Bjorn) where
our Blogger Picks are featured... Check out what our top pics are over
at: MULTIPLY'S BLOGGERS PICKS
So
naturally, I shopped. I have developed, recently, quite an addiction to online
shopping and these were what i got from shopping at Multiply.
Clothing
from Be Like A Star, Runway Dreams and Miss Sartorial.

sure to check out their sites at:

....and
then these shoes.... The prettiest find I had- they're printed, wedged and
high...need I say more?
4)
I am a certified DAS Doll.
I can be deemed a brand ambassador as I absolutely am going ga-ga for their
designs. I cannot seem to get enough of DAS and my shoe closet can go to show I
am an avid collector of all their pieces including unreleased ones. The
sisters behind DAS and their lovely mother and staff are the nicest and
sweetest ever. I got these two pairs- of DAS41 in unreleased colors of Mint
Green and Purple. I AM HEAD OVER HEELS (literally) for these shoes.
5) Crowned Velvet is a
lovely brand that sells accessories and Iphone cases and little knicker
knackers such a cute Iphone/Ipod connectors in lovely colors. I got a wonderful
necklace, a newspaper style casing and this cute pink connector from them
(which I desperately needed as mine had the tendency to not work anymore)
6)
...and of course last but not the least is Frou Frou. I have no idea how they
know this but I am in desperate need for small bags for evening wear. I don't
have much as I have an addiction to BIG bags that I can stuff everything in
(being the girl scout, I am always prepared) So I was in awe when they sent me
this lovely gray Bottega Veneta inspired minaudière. Add in a lovely purple necklace which matches my new DAS heels
and a lovelt ornamental gold neckpiece and I am already envisioning my next
outfits.
Hope you enjoyed my post! Expect to see me in
these pieces in my next outfit posts!
xx, JL
